IO under python

The python interpreter provides three standard file objects for IO:

• Standard input (usually the keyboard)
• Standard output (usually the terminal)
• Standard error output is used for error messages (usually the terminal)

They are available in the module sys as:

• sys.stdin
• sys.stdout
• sys.stderr
