Strings can be disassembled with the following methods:

• s.split([sep[, maxsplit]])
• s.rsplit([sep[, maxsplit]])
• s.splitlines([keepends])
• s.partition(sep)
• s.rpartition(sep)sep stands for the delimiter string.

If sep is not specified or None, any whitespace string is a separator.

maxsplit defines the maximal number of splittings.
